There are hundreds of ways to celebrate your special day, and we would like to help you. We can offer a unique package, tailored to your requirements, whether it is a sit down meal, BBQ, hogroast or vintage afternoon tea. Sarah’s Catering can advise on all your requirements and offer suggestions and options for all of your needs. We can do as little or as much as you want us to do.

Sometimes you’ll want us to provide one aspect to your day, i.e. the evening buffet, of which we would be happy to deliver.

Wedding breakfasts have changed considerably over the years. Vintage afternoon teas are now a popular theme, and weddings can now be more informal. The traditional roast, with roast beef and yorkshires served to each of your tables will always be an impressive and popular choice with your guests. And we won’t forget the trimmings!

If you favour something a little bit different, cuisines can be mixed and matched to suit your palette. Perhaps an evening indian buffet may be of interest. Curries can be served with side dishes, chutneys and naans, or perhaps an informal wedding breakfast appeals with themed sharing dishes served to the middle of the table like Italian with pasta, meats, salads and breads or Spanish with tapas and paella.

And of course drinks can be tailor made to suit your requirements. We work with Bevuta drinks to offer your drinks specification and David would be happy to talk you through the possible bar options available, from reception drinks to ‘pay as you go’ bars. We would be happy to pass on your details.

We are proud of our 5 star food hygiene rating and have all of our risk assessments and appropriate documents in place. Copies are available on request.

We predominantly offer our catering services throughout Chelmsford and Essex but are happy to travel to locations throughout the UK, depending on quantity required.
