There are many reasons to have a meeting within the Corporate industry and budgets can vary considerably. There are training lunches, working lunches, breakfast meetings, networking opportunities, award ceremonies, charity fundraising and structured corporate events to cater for, for varied quantities of people. And these events can take place at different times of the day.

Sarah’s Catering offers an opportunity to provide a selection of Menus, which are tailored to suit all budgets, ensuring that our customers have the opportunity to meet their budgetary and catering brief requirements. Our corporate, training, refreshment or breakfast menus allow for clients to mix and match, to create their own personal menu, and in return, suit the needs of their guests. This also allows for a menu to be adapted if a course or event covers a number of consecutive days, with the same people attending each day.

As dietary requirements vary and increase, we can also provide suitable alternatives for a specific dietary need. Our fully staffed Refreshment services will provide a selection of tea and freshly made filter coffee at the times designated by your event (dependent on quantity of guests). And of course, we will endeavour to adapt to any sudden agenda changes that may happen.

Our menus allow our clients to create a suitable option for their requirements. We are happy to forward a selection via email for you, but please note, as people are individual, so are menus, therefore if you would prefer to create something more personal, just ask!

We are proud of our 5 star food hygiene rating and have all of our risk assessments and appropriate documents in place. Copies are available on request.

We predominantly offer our catering services throughout Chelmsford and Essex but are happy to travel to locations throughout the UK, depending on quantity required.
